Dinner Building

Inspired by the ramblings of 19th-century novelist W. Teignmouth Shore, Dinner Building is a microscopic meditation on gastronomic preparation.

Dinner Building is my RISD degree project film, entirely on Kodak Hi-Con 16mm film using a combination of live-action and stop-motion techniques. All effects are accomplished in camera.

Based on a dream I had about being haunted by a pineapple. Shot on expired 16mm film. Starring Jack English with music made by the man of the same name.
